Where will the Identified Offenders go?

Several staff are reporting that the Identified Offenders are being denied for placement\admission into other facilities.
There are about 63 identified offenders. Where will they go? They were being cared for by Somerset, but as of 3/10/10, they will need to be cared for by other facilities. Many have been screened for needing nursing home level care. But wait…how can they go back into nursing homes when the state says they are too dangerous to be around non offenders?
The state is going to have to figure out what to do with these residents. We have no idea how they will deal with the problem of other facilities denying them admission. They have to find a place for them to live, but they certainly can not force anyone to take them. Well, they developed this conundrum, so I’m sure they must have a plan. After all it’s not Somersets problem anymore.
